ABOUT ME
Welcome! I'm Lindsey, a dedicated Christian life coach passionate about helping individuals! I focus on partnering with others to develop tools to become more productive and balanced during busy seasons of life, while finding fulfillment in Christ. My journey in life coaching is rooted in my love for Jesus and my desire to empower others through faith, hope, and practical guidance.
With a heart for serving others, I combine biblical principles with proven coaching techniques to guide my clients toward spiritual and personal growth. Whether you're seeking to better manage your priorities, navigate a busy season of life, improve specific areas of personal growth, or deepen your spiritual journey, my goal is to partner with you so you can gain clarity, find peace, and embrace the abundant life God has promised.
My Coaching Background
In early 2024, my coaching journey began! My education was centered around Christ, allowing me to grow closer to Him while learning techniques to help others do the same. Although coaching accreditations are not regulated, I felt it was essential to pursue certification to enhance my skills and gain valuable tools and techniques, ensuring I can offer my clients the highest quality coaching experience.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when we invite God into every session. I trust in the guidance of the Holy Spirit while allowing my clients to lead the conversation, as they are the ones who understand their own hearts and lives most deeply—second only to Christ. My role as a coach is to create a space for you to explore your thoughts, challenges, and goals, while seeking God's wisdom and direction together, ensuring that each step is aligned with His purpose for your life.

MY COACHING METHOD
-
Focus
It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want.
-
Reflect
Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.
-
Refine
The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.
